What I bringI love owning innovative solutions that make others tangibly happier.

I'm seeking to own digital products by combining design and engineering expertise, paired with AI fluency—a background that gives me rare versatility when collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

In the corporate marketing team at Sport Alliance, I was involved in almost every product launch, GTM strategy, and major campaign. But my real strength lies in conceiving, designing, and building digital products end-to-end—which is why I owned the entire web presence across all brands. I've worked closely with C-level executives and stakeholders, leading and mentoring a three-person international design and engineering team over the past two years.

That experience sharpened my commercial thinking: I understand lead funnels, activation metrics, and how design decisions impact revenue. What energizes me most is the holistic view—understanding how every touchpoint, every department, every interaction shapes the customer experience, and seeing obstacles as a designer-engineer: solution-oriented, user-centric, structuring complexity into clear systems, already picturing the finished product. To me, the value I bring is using my broad skillset and strategic thinking—shaped by experience in SaaS and marketing—to shape both products and teams, and lead them forward.

For example, that holistic approach drove me to build tools nobody had asked for—but that were gratefully adopted once they existed. A white-labeled meeting scheduler for a seamless lead-generation process, integrated with Salesforce and HubSpot. A nested marketplace where partners manage their own integrations' presence and customers can activate them directly. Most recently, I initiated a legal hub that simplifies the maintenance of legal documents and automatically formats them into the correct brand identity.

I thrive on pushing ideas with others and challenging stakeholders constructively. Creating something new that either simplifies daily work or deepens customer loyalty—that's the goal. That's what makes me happy and drives me intrinsically. Now I'm looking forward to a new adventure—hoisting the sails and shipping solutions for the next set of challenges.

Lead Creative Team

Sport Alliance GmbH, Hamburg

After an international acquisition at Sport Alliance, I led a creative team across multiple brands, shaping product strategy and commercial direction. I continued to own and lead the entire web presence and initiated internal tools—a meeting scheduler integrated with Salesforce and HubSpot, a partner marketplace, and a legal hub—that drove cross-departmental adoption and measurable business impact.

Spotted.
Owned. Shipped.

Not the day-to-day work — the projects I spotted inside the business, saw potential in, and owned end to end as both designer and product owner.

Turning a landing page into an interactive product experience

Tasked with marketing the Branded Member Platform, I pitched the idea of embedding a live designer directly on the product page — letting studio owners upload their logo, pick their colors, and preview their own branded app before committing. A product page that doesn't just describe the product — it lets you experience it.

7× more leads across brands, regions, and time zones

Our lead funnels had gaps — inconsistent conversion, no unified booking experience, and lacked seamless tracking. So I built a white-label B2B scheduler, integrated with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Workspace, optimized per brand, region, language, and time zone. 7× more leads in an A/B test against our previous tool.

A thriving marketplace with 85+ partner integrations

I was in from the start — building the partner ecosystem from scratch and making it visible through a public-facing and in-app marketplace. 85+ integrations, discovered and activated by studios every day. A major growth channel for the entire company.

Enabling 3000+ gyms to sell memberships and trial sessions

Every studio had its own website and its own front desk — but no consistent way to convert visitors into members. So I built a white-label B2B checkout, wired into Magicline's payment and CRM stack. Live in 3000+ gyms — including RSG Group and Clever Fit — and later folded into Magicline's core product.
